Archiving Policy

The International Journal of Medical and Health Sciences Archives (IJMHSA) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content. To achieve this, IJMHSA follows robust digital archiving practices and supports both institutional and public archiving mechanisms.

1. Digital Preservation:
IJMHSA utilizes digital preservation services such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to securely archive all published material. This ensures that journal content remains accessible even in the event of data loss, server failure, or discontinuation of the journal.

2. Self-Archiving Rights:
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit a copy of their published articles in:

  • Institutional repositories

  • Subject-specific repositories

  • Author’s personal or professional websites

All self-archived versions must include a citation to the original publication and a link to the final published version on the IJMHSA website.

3. Indexing and Accessibility:
Published articles are indexed in reputable databases and repositories to enhance discoverability. Full-text access is available under the journal’s open access policy, ensuring unrestricted reading and downloading for researchers globally.

4. Long-Term Access Commitment:
IJMHSA is dedicated to maintaining content integrity and continuity. In the event of any disruption or discontinuation, access to the journal’s archives will be retained through digital repositories and partnering institutions.
